I dont see how the commerce clause gives congress the right to regulate a already operating industry to take a loss or to become uprofitable. If the 13th amendment prohibits servitude why is it ok to enslave a coporation? The commerce clause says "regulate" not run, run poorly, control, naitonalize, punish, corrupt, intimidate, so forth.
