Peter C. Maffitt

Peter C. Maffitt was born in Houston, TX. He graduated from Yale University with additional language study at the University of Madrid, the Sorbonne, and the University of Indiana Slavic Institute. He was an Army officer with his IOBC at the Infantry School at Ft Benning, GA. After two years Army service he returned to Houston and spent a career in publishing, oil and gas, and cyber security industries. He has written for oil and gas newsletter for several years.
